TED-Ed

What percentage of your brain do you use?

Most of us have heard the claim that we use only 10% of our brains—but neurologist Richard E. Cytowic explains why this persistent idea is a myth. Different parts of the brain are constantly working together, even when we appear to be doing very little. This was our third collaboration with the wonderful TED-Ed team, and a fun opportunity to animate what is really happening inside our heads.
